Replace Background color with Image(Urgent)

Friends

I have a logo with green color background.
I want to replace the background color with image as a background.
How can i do that?
Is it required any photoshop plugins to do that?
Its very urgent.
Waiting for your great help.

just higlight all of the green with the magic wand tool......

then press delete

then go to the image you want inside and cut it all by pressing Ctrl+X

then go back to the logo and press edit on the tool bar and choose paste inside..... it should work quite well

thanks for your reply.
but its not working.
I selected the color with Magic wand tool.
After that i Hit a Delete Button.
Copied the image which i want as background.
pasted on the logo.
the image which i copied is coming on top and the logo is hiding at the back.i am not able to see the logo.
any other method.

you'll need to get the logo on its' own layer, preferably.

Magicwand the background of the logo, invert the selection, hit CTRL+J to copy the logo onto its' own layer, then paste in the image you want as a BG, and check that the logo layer is on top.
