display problem.

i don't know what happened, but whenever i open photoshop, then hit F to use full screen mode, the side areas are not grey, but PURPLE! is there any way to fix this? i know it's not my display settings, because everything else looks fine.

try going to the preference panel, look through all the tabs and im preatty sure there is a setting for that? what version??

heh heh - the area outside the canvas can be any color you like - just pick a color you want (grey if you like it best) hold down Shift and click anywhere outside your document borders with the bucket tool...presto

glad to be of help - I remember the first time this happened to me I was like - whoa - then I considered re-installing.... - ask me what happened the first time I pressed tab lol

lol - I re-installed - after trying to get my stuff back... and while it was installing I went througn the stuff that came in the box, found the small white card with all the shortcuts, banged head on desk....then went for the closest bar ...
