www.be-mag.comwhen you go to that site can you see that the i frame goes into the page headings and footers but is still visible in the gaps?!

They are using a frame page, with the middle frame background fixed. They lined up the image from the middle frame with the images for the header and footer, is what it looks like to me.
The only iframe on there is that little frame.
