Creating a cool website now but I've stumbled over something:

Go to http://www.ballerstatus.net/index.php, the navigation buttons change when you mouse over them, how do I do that?

are you even serious? how many sites have you seen before? why is this is the advanced photoshop section?
that is a simple rollover effect - even so - it's not even PS - javascript

just do a search on any search engine for an rollover effect.
