Making people skinnier

Hi there,

I need some help of reducing areas of an image to make people/objects skinnier. I've been using the feathered selection trick to reduce big noses, faces and stuff, but i doesn't work well on sections that are too close to the edge of the image, like an arm that is partially cut. Any clues?

Try using the Liquify filter. You can use the "pucker" tool and get things looking skinnier.
