I have an image that I want to use for a background but I want to add a colored haze over the image. Im not really sure how else to explain what I am wanting to do so I hope someone understands.

there's a few ways you can do this 1 way would be to add a new layer, fill it the color you want, the change the layer blend mode to something like "screen" or color. 2. go to the layer too bar and choose adjustment-color- then select a color |

That's like looking through a glass into your image, but if you actually want a haze, you could try filling a layer with white, adding some noise, motion blurring it, then doing some distort>wave. Then hue/saturation with colorize checked. Then set to screen or overlay or something. I dunno - fool around with those options. tom |
