Hello. I'm a big Photoshop 7.0 noob and I downloaded some new fonts, what do I do to load them into Photoshop so I can use them?

Unzip them into windows/fonts , and restart photoshop.

you don't have to restart photoshop
just extract them
then double click on them
then choose the font too in photoshop
