How to...

Well, I saw a website with a really cool layout, and I wanted to know how to do effects like that here , the layout is saying Simple Dream (I think) version 6, I wanted to know how to do that effects please??

I have only one thing to say - That was, in my opinion, one ugly site.

Hmm... well that is pretty ugly but:

1. Look for a crystal tutorial. There are millions of them out there, one will basically look like the sharp, edgy stuff in the pic.
2. Make crystals - a couple of layers. Different colors
3. Use layer blending modes to blend them all - probably either overlay or soft light.
4. Make one white pixel dot - turn it into a pattern (overlay that on too)
5. Take clipart image of heart - overlay it on
6. Take simple, ugly text and make it even uglier by putting a bevel and emboss on it - overlay this also

For the stuff on the right

1. Take the previously made image
2. Go into filter >>> blur >>> motion blur - set angle to vertical, and blur it to hell
