Hello Everybody! (Hello Dr. Nick ;) )

I am looking for a way to create an old look like this graphic has.

Actually, I would like to learn 2 things this graphic has. 1. The old style / faded red stamp and 2. How to make that crinkled paper look.

go look for grunge brushes and use the eraser with those brushes? Could work.
