How do I make a color outline something? Like if I had a picture, how would I make a border around the edges/? |

CTRL+A Choose the lasso / marquee RightClick on the image Choose "stroke" Check "inside" and the width of the stroke you want. The colour can be the background or the foreground colour. |

Yeah and to know why, do a search and see a list of random titles that have no meaning and you get the point. Helps everyone out when they are looking for something, to have a title that describes in general what you are asking.
