Could Sombody Provide a BASIC layout?
and whats the BASIC of dev. the template?
i pretty good with photo shop

If inserting a link you should (and exchange the {} with <>) write:
{a href=http://atomichu.com/members/styles/breakout/images/vBulletin_logo.gif target=_blank} and a name of the link here{/a}

And it will read something like THIS

And...sorry, can't help you wiz the other stuff...
