Hey guys, I really need some help. After I am done making a picture I want to add more things to spice it up. You know like adding layers with lower opacity with other effects like text and whatnot. My problem is finding things that go well with the pictures. I have fiddled around with these things for a long time and can never come up with a good enough effect. Any help would be great :D |

rofl @ Utopian23 anyway, Th1RT33n... the thinf youre looking for is practicly un-explainable.. its a technique you develop by messing around.. use blend modes, levels/curves, and yadadada... it something you 'learn in time' .. start out putting some contrast in the picture, find another image and give in a overlay, color dodge or whatever.. mess around, simple as that.. you'll get then hang of what works how ... i dont know if there tuts on things like this.. try google ?? |

as i told you.. mess around. thats the only way of finding out how to do what.. regarding the pictures, use som relevant pictures.. meaning, if you are doing som darkness and something about death, use something from a graveyard and stuff like that.. and guess why there isnt any tutorials on it? yes, because it cant really be explained since everyone has their own style.. |

If you are just starting out, my suggestion is: Find a tutorial that looks interesting. www.teamphotoshop.com has lots. Work on it. Maybe even repeat it several times. Each tutorial gives you an idea of some of the tools and how to use them. There are usually several ways or methods to do the same thing. |
