i am wondering how you determine how many colors an image is using... the reason i ask is that i have an image that i am wanting to have screen printed onto a shirt and the site says i can only use 4 colors... please let me know how to do this, or if you need a further explanation, i will try to give a better explanation... thanks...

4 colors means CYMK (cyan/yellow/magenta/black). Just convert your RGB........Image menu > Mode > CMYK.
