professional retouch tutorials

I'm just starting out a professional fashion photographer and want to learn how the pro's retouch their work. I know the basics but where do I go from here?

Have you good plugin tools? Look what I use for portraits (out of the usual tools):
- Amphysoft- Convolution shaman
- Camera Bits - Quantum Mechanics
- PhotoOptics
- Metrix
- Xero - Clarity
as well as some taken from PhotodeLuxe 4 : Lightning styles, EXTENSIS, smart blur.
There are still a lot to say from my own experience, but I do not know your skills.
