I am trying to figure out how to go about combining 3 different pictures of the same area into one. I have an example of what I mean, so instead of getting confusing with typing I'll just link that. http://www.razorotika.org/razor/lj/Multiple%20Andis02.jpg If you have any ideas I'd appreciate them. thanks, j o 0 l i e |

Mayhaps one might whip out thy trusty clone tool? Maybe some blending options thrown in here and there too? I'm sure people around here have a better idea than I do though...

Copy all the images into one Photoshop document into different layers, then just grab the eraser tool and erase out the background. If all the images line up perfectly you could be done within 2 or 3 minutes.

Yeah I tried that once. http://trhaynes.ionichost.com/stuff/metimesthree.html (might have to copy and paste) Excuse the scars and red-eye. Wasn't worrying about them. Took about 2 minutes. tom |

yes, the technique is best replicated with a camera and tripod. just take pictures of the subject in all the positions with the camera in the same spot, then open them all in a document one layer on top of the other, and just reveal the subject, it's fun.
