creating diagram style graphics

i need to make some graphics that are drawn diagram style. i need to make one of an ear, eye and nose, what would be the best way to go about doing this. can i so this in PhotoShop or should i get out the pen and paper.

Expand on what you mean about 'diagram' style. Are you talking about something out of a textbook or something?

i want them to be simple black and white drawings like you would find in an anatomy book.

of course u can make that in photoshop....mayb use the pen tool or something on a white bg. if u cant use that, then mayb pen and paper would look better:P
