Ok first let me say I am a total noob when it comes to photoshop. Well maybe not a total noob, but almost one. Anyway, I have photoshop 7. I looked at the tutorial here on making lightning but I had no clue what to do. I wanted to know how to make a real looking bolt of lightning. Plz walk me through it step by step. Thx
