INstalling styles and actions

Couls someone please explain how to install styles and actions into photoshop 7.

Go into your Photoshop Folder. Now click on the Presets folder. You will see folders called Photoshop Actions, Styles, Patterns, etc... Dump the appropriate files in each one.

Now go into PS. Open the Action/Style pallette and click the arrow on the top right. There you can load the actions up. Just choose the folder that you put everything in.
