i want to make a paperlike material. like old paper, like in this pic that i found n the site, http://www.teamphotoshop.com/photoshop/tutorials/users/letter_seal/final.gif .

I'd use some kinda texture (maybe paper texture?? ) ... and maybe play with some blendig...

thx,
solved it now...
made a beige shape then added a new layer with clouds on it that i colored in a darker beige color then i crystalized it by ten (while selected) then i set the brightness/contrast to 95 , -75 and voila ;)
maybe it isnt the best way but it works for me.
