PS& crashes on loading at "sorting fonts"

I have a large number of images in my Dell 8250 (>12,000) Lately when I try to start PS7 it crashes when it hits "Sorting fonts" Am also having trouble with Outlook Express crashing when I try to attach image file to an e-mail. Have uninstalled and reinstalled PS7 four times to no avail. Any suggestions appreciated. 512mb memory. 120gig Hard disc Thanks, Gary

Get a font manager. This will help speed your loading up. It seems like PS is choking on too many fonts.

Agree with Spectra here.. and also, could be an error in one/more of you fonts (i've tried that - and PS crashed)
