Image Masking in PSD

I was given a psd template to use on a regular basis. I need to update an image within the psd that is masked. How can I insert a new image into the mask, or apply the mask the have created to the new image. Plase help!

Try not to post twice. Also go to "New To Photoshop Help".....your answer is there in the masking thread.
