I want to learn how to get a weathered effect like www.trustcompany.com. I dunno any better examples on the internet but hopefully someone knows what i'm talking about, heh.

I don't have a lot uploaded, most of what's uploaded is flash tho. Search for grunge brushes on the internet. If you go to the cool sites thread, someone posted a site recently with way too many brush sets you can download. I would start there. Basically this is standard grunge. It would be easiest to achieve by using a brush to either color (with a lower opacity) or erase (ditto). Quite simple.
