For some reason when I tried using the rounded rec the top isn't flush going into the curve, if that makes any sence? I noticed when I enlarged the image I saw three pixals on the top and bottom and wasn't a full color. Maybe this is why the top and bottom isn't flush going into the curve?

if your using the rounded rectangle tool, try increasing the radius...maybe that would help...(its on the top bar)

I have a 25pix x 25pix image and I need all four corners curved at seperate times to have the table on my page look like it has rounded corners. The radius is at 10px right now, what do you guys recommend the radius be?

Experiment.

Since we can't read your mind to REALLY know what you're imagining it should look like, you'll have to figure this one out yourself.

But the Rounded Rectangle Custom Shape tool is what you want to use...best tool for the job. Since you're doing such a small object, it may help you to start at double or quadruple the final resolution and then reduce it.

BUT, small images like the ones you're working on are, by necessity, kind of difficult to to create smooth small-radius curves with, because there simply aren't enough pixels to create a good illusion of curved lines. We are working with square pixels, after all, and ALL raster curves are merely an illusion.

You could get away with it—and those tight small curves would look better— if you were working with SVG vector images, but even those are limited by the dot pitch of your monitor.

Just experiment and do the best you can.
