"How Would I ....." (Help Needed)

what do i have to do to get that "Red and white" spalter kind of effect ... anybody can help?? ..

First you have to download some brushes. Some grunge brushes. I don't know exactly where, but I saw some on www.johnalder.com (if it's up).

Then make a layer filled with white. Make a layer filled with black. Select the eraser tool and use the brushes to delete parts of the red layer.

Done.

Oh, the font is called Dirty Ego. They have it on www.dafont.com
