Look into the batch options in your Files drop down. Basically you create the action that you want to batch. use the batch option to point to a directory where you want to get the files from and hit "go"....

Sorry - I thought you knew how to work the batch but not how to make the correct action. Open up the actions pallette and click create new action. Name the action and it should automatically start recording. Then do the three things that I mentioned. After that, click the stop button on the actions pallettte. Then go to File>Automate>Batch... (I think) and choose the action you made as what you want. Then choose the files you want and you're on your way. tom |

Look a bit more into the batch process. You can tell it what directory and how to save each image. ie. you set some kind of incrementing to save as. You didnt need to tell it to save each one. Also if you get a pause during the action you can go to your actions pallet, click that little arrow on the upper right to get a drop down and in the preferences you'll see you can tell it to pause/stop at each interval or just run it and dont ask. |
