thats easy just go to make some colour bursts, then emboss them! its just basicly drawing rectangles from TOP to BOTTOM the using polor thingy  i know that didnt help but im tired and cant think!!

Ok Ging, have you gone to bed and gotten enough rest yet:D ? I am a newbie to PS and need for you to explain to me step by step if you can.
If you know of a tutorial online I can look at it would be appreciated.
