Well that one is really easy ... it's just playing with your layer options.

Create your text on a seperate layer and double click it to open your layer options.

There activate 'gradient overlay' and choose a lineair gradient.
Change your colors (e.g. a nice yellow, a darker yellow etc) untill you are satisfied.

After that click on 'outer glow' and play with your options, dont forget to choose a black color.

There's really nothing more to it than that.

Hope i helped you out.

They pretty much spelt it out man, there is probably not going to be a tutorial for exactly what you want because as they said its really just a gradient, all you have to do is add one and mess with it's settings until you get it to look how you want. I doubt anyone here is going to take the time to make the tutorial either because its really simple. Just take their advice, doesn't even require much photoshop knowledge.

Dude, Try this

There are 40 Kajillion tutorials for making Chrome text. Do that, then do an Image>Adjust>Hue/Saturation and check the colorize box. then color it yellow. See if it works. (I haven't tried it out yet... lol)
