Stupid vectormask!

EVery new shape or what ever new thing I do In a layer A stupid vector mask is attached to it? Tell me how dissarm the fooker Can't seem to do anything untill I rasterize the layer, and its getting pretty annoying.

I dissarmed the fooker onced, But this dude is another sudddam.

If you're using 7.0, the options bar has a set of three buttons on the left most area - Shape Layers / Paths / and Fill Pixels. If you want to create shapes normally just select the third button (Fill Pixels).
