how to make the no sign with photoshop 6.0

Anyone know how to make a perfect no sign(red circle with line across) with photoshop 6.0?

Using the Elliptical Marquee tool, make a selection with an area of your choice. Then go to Edit->Stroke... , select red from the color box in the new window, click the Inside radio button, and set a stroke width (this you should play around with until you find a favorable width). Then - without deselecting - grab the Line tool, set a desired width and, while holding shift, drag it across the circle.

The Line Tool is the ones where it says: Single Row Marquee tool and Single Column Marquee tool?
