I know this might not be advanced, but is anyone aware of a tutorial out there that takes an ordinary line and makes it sketchy looking. For example, if you had a clean outline of a piece of art, if applied, it would look like the image was sketched with a pen or pencil rather than a smooth line? Ive seen one somewhere a while back, just cant remember where. Thanks!

Try a little bit of Ocean Ripple or Glass distortion. Maybe sprayed strokes, or one of the artistic brushes. What have you tried? Are you willing to experiment? There's gold in them thar menus! |

If you have 7.0, there's a possibly way to do something like that. Say you have a graphite texture defined as a pattern. In the Brush options, go to Texture and select the pattern from the list. Play with the settings a bit until you get a desired look with the brush. Of course, this is theoretical. |
