PS 7 loadup crash!

When i load up photoshop 7 it stops and exits out when loading the plug ins. the plug in it always exits at is color plattels. illistartio 7 works fine. and i try to open PS7 thru ill and it gives me an error message saying PS7 is not repsonding. it was working yesterday...any suggestions?

A complete uninstall, then reinstall should fix that.

If it doesn't work, then install again and just delete the plug-ins folder. Make sure to make a copy first in case something goes awfully awry.
