Best way to retouch/fix this image.

Hey how's it going. I'm new to Photoshop and I just found out about this forum. I'll be taking my first Photoshop class this coming fall semester.

For now, I would like to know the best way to fix this parody image of a cracker jack box. I just want it to look more clear and bight, not so blurry.

If anyone can fix the image for me, I'd also appreciate it but I would also like to know how you did it

make it alot smaller or something.
You really can't click a "make better" button in any program.

either draw over it, or just make it alot smaller..

Iat looks very compressed from saving it as a .jpg
