PS Plug in??????

I am trying to locate a third party plugin for PhotoShop that was described to me by someone who had seen a website on it but did not remember the URL. Supposedly the manufacturer of the plugin had contacted the makers of a number of digital cameras and had incorporated profiles of each of them in the software, so that many of the problems of digital imaging (noise, grain, etc) were easily corrected with one click. Does this ring any bells with anyone?

Perhaps called Adobe Camera Raw?
