Pank Metal Question

I have KPT 5 installed and the 2 required files. I'm also following the steps word for word in Photoshop 7.0 but my "pank metal" always turns out a dark blue and not a shiny blue like panks. Can I get some help on what might be wrong?

You need the 5.01 update for that one. And I don't think it's around anymore :(

I download the update and installed it but when I went to use one of the filters, it asked for a Name and registration number. What registration number is there?
