Resizing Help Please

Hello
A have a set of questions...

1. I created a picture with some text on it. How do I resize the picture so that its smaller. For example the pic I have is 210x610
and now I want it 120x610.

2.Also along with this question, can I resize the picture so that everything in the picture resizes proportionally to the new dimensions? Or do I have to re-edit (ie the text) myself....

The only way that I know is to goto

Image - Adjust - Image Size - (uncheck maintain proportions) and then make the proprotions of the pic that you want.

But your text will also be changed, so I think you'll need to re-do your text once you get the image to the size you want.

P.S. I'm not sitting at my computer with PS on it, but I'm pretty sure those are the selections you want..

just a warning, if you disable maintain proportions.. your image will be severely distorted..
