Color problem with 7.0

I just installed 7.0. When I open an image, any image, it's got a horrible yellow tint. White doesn't seem to exist at all. When I open the same image in 6.0 or any other viewer, the color is perfect. What de heck is going on?:confused:

Ditch and rebuild your monitor profile using Adobe Gamma.

Adobe Gamma? Is this something else I need to buy or can this be done with 7.0?
