Need a hand here folks. I'm trying to distort the text to fit the curvature of the bridge. Any ideas?

By bixelate you meant rasterize text layer right. ;) Pixelate will make it... blocky.

Try this: rasterize your type
Transform perspective so the type follows the same perspective as the bridge.
then rotate the type 90 degrees clockwise
then Distort> Sheer try to curve the type similar to bridge (trial & error) then rotate the type back and use free transform hold down shft opt command
while clicking & dragging the corner anchors to make it fit.
Actually it would be easier if you have illusrtator
make a template of the bridge pix. Its easier to manipulate type.
