Only pink colors to choose from?

When I load photoshop, I only have pink colors on my color palette. Is there anyway to set this back to the RGB? It says some error about my photoshop with a scratch disk...It just recently happened after I reformated my computer. Thanks...

Image->Mode->RGB Color
If that doesn't solve the problem, try reinstalling Photoshop; there may be a corrupt file lurking about somewhere.
