I Need To Know How To Add A Image To An ANother Project Im Workin' On ... Let's Say I Start A Web Banner...And I Want To Add My Image To It .. How Do I Do That?

Read the Freaking Manual.

He's trying to say that this is an extremely easy question, which you would easily answer yourself if you read the instruction manual that came with photoshop.

The answer is, copy and paste. Edit > copy or paste. Or just press CTRL + C and CTRL + V
