Infinity Symbol?

Hi, does anyone know how to make an infinity symbol? I seem to remember that there was some way to do it with text (other than flipping a number 8 on its side), but I forget it now. Anyways, all help would be appreciated.

nope, you probably have to show it on a HTML page, most funky symbols don't work on forums.

Check Wing-ding fonts. There has got to be one in some Wing-ding package.

Hey Arfi, if you are using the html ascii code for the infinity symbol it might not show up on this forum. I believe it is also part of an extended character set - so it might not show for all fonts? not sure.

Got it! For those interested go to microsoft word. Then insert>symbol. It is in times new roman or "(normal text)" under the subset "Mathematical Operations" =). Thanks everyone.
