How to make light saber

Hi do you know how to do a lightsaber light like the one of Star Wars ?I really need help on this!
By the way how do you make the navigation bar on the top the says "Team Photoshop Forum"?

hmmmmmm...to use the nav at the top...you'd have to buy it from pank. therefore not really any tutorial for it. :S
About the lightsaber. search google, I've seen a tutorial on how to make one somewhere.

make a thin, white box.

blur it.

play with the Levels or Hue/Saturation controls to get the color you want.
