Alter perspective of graphic

I have created a graphc of outward radiating ripples in photoshop,
but the perspective is that of looking down at the ripples rather than
that of viewing it from the side (as one would when standing beside a lake)
Is there a way to change this perspective? Any suggestion wold be appreciated.

Edit >>> Transform >>> Perspective.

Or Ctrl-T and right click choose persepective.

Then just play with the lines, and make it look right.
