Hi, i've been working with photoshop for a long time . But in the selection options. Can anyone give me a good example for using the SELECT > MODIFY > BORDER option ?
Because my selection is always screwed up and blurry, so i never use it.

I think it can be used kinda like the outer glow in the layer styles... but I never use it though...
