Plugins are tacky and overdone. But if you do want some, pick up your chequebook and hit the store.

lol... if you really really REALLY want them... perhaps look on google. You're better off learning to make these effects yourself though. That way you'll learn to use photoshop and you can build on those skills and one day you will rule the world.

well..........I think to build up a effect like sindots is too difficult and waste the time...

filter plug-in = flash component
it can reduce the time that we need to build up a effect

sinedots is not the best example. People have grown to dislike it from people over using it. but i totally agree on the flash components thing.

Why not search the Adobe "freebies" section? They have hundreds of usr made actions and such.
