How do you blend one layer into another..so it like fades into the next one.:confused:

In Photoshop: There's a little pull-down menu in the layers palette that normally says "normal". If you click it you get blend modes. Put one layer on top of the other, and scroll through the blend modes of the layer on top until you get the desired effect. Adjust opacity accordingly. Enjoy. |

Umm.. that's not quite what I mean ![]() the effect I'm trying to get is so that one layer fades into the next. |

On the top layer, hit q, grab the gradient tool, drag it across the layer, hit q again, press delete once or twice, deselect.
