Ho is it done?

Well, hi - I´m new here.

Maybe someone can help me.
On Phattygirl Design the green/blue graphic.

How is that done? It doesn´t look so flat filled.

I know that the fonts are in the back gaussed.

It's just a blue/green bg, with all those others pictures blended. Then they blended in some trendy looking grids and text.

You can just use the preinstalled Photoshop blend modes (located in the layers palette in a pull-down that normally says "normal")
