How do you put different fonts into PhotoShop 7?

I have been trying to figure it out and just can't do it. :(

Fonts go into your fonts folder. You dont put fonts into your photoshop folder, they belong in your system folder, where all your other fonts go. Unless you use a Font program, such as Adobe Type Manager, then you would put the fonts in their own folder and manage them using this program - this allows you to have many more fonts without slowing down your OS.

Something like this:
c:\WINNT\Fonts

I dont know what OS you are using, but it will be in a root system folder. (Windows) Mac I have no idea.

I put them in there but not able to see them in the options when I want to add text to image.

In the fonts folder go to file>>>install new font. That should put them into PS.

Or, find the PS folder on your PC, look for a fonts folder within the PS folder, and put 'em in there.

i would like to know where you get all of the fonts from, like the really cool block ones, or pretty girly ones. you catch my drift.?.

i want to learn how to make logos and what not and even pics like this...........

Krafty, please optimise your signature... it's way too big! 145k in filesize, use save optimised as in image ready.

Also it's rather big dimension wise.
Perhaps you could fix that?
