What's the best way to get rid of the glare in this picture? Does anyone have any helpful tips or suggestions? Thanks |

No way except by repainting it. Specular highlights are empty of any image data, so no amount of filteriffic manipulation will restore what wasn't captured in the first place. |

delete the layer if you have them.. or try and clone over it

Clone tool might do it, if you know what the original looks like, but you'd be better off retaking the photo.
