rollovers with links

I re-sliced my site but this time added rollovers to the navigation. Now I want to link the navigation buttons to certain pages, but when I look at the code, it already has a link around it (see link at bottom for code) I want to link that button to "news.html", so how would I do that if it already has a link on it? I tried putting a link within a link, but it disabled the rollover from working. Any ideas? http://www.geocities.com/jonnyboy237/untitled.bmp

That link is just pointing to #, just replace # with whatever you want.
