How would I get a boarder(color: 004080) around the dark gray area except on the bottom? It should look something like this: Except without the text and the boarder color should be: 004080 I'm using Adobe Photoshop 7.0. Thx for the help :-)

i would do this way: assume your image to be applied with a border is in the later AB press CTRL and click on the thumbnail preview in the layer u will get a selection around the image edges...(all around ) insert a new layer..make sure this layer remains selected... your selection marquee is now on this new layer.... EDIT >Stroke.... give the color.... ok.. u shoud have a border...delete the bottom line...i would suggest u zoom in and then delete..to have more precise measurements... |

i guess..that corner of your image is not a proper radius..i mean is should be having a radius...so when u stroke it doesnt get boxed.....how are u making the radius?...use the radius values..to give it a nice round corner....
